Welcome to our site! All our products could return for free within 60 days for some reason! If there is a problem with the product, you can get the product back for a full refund with free shipping cost. If you returns the product without any reason and the product is no problem, you need to send the product back and pay a 10% restocking fee of the product price.

The return policy is only suitable for our official site product with a 1-year warranty, but we will not take any responsibility for other websites, such as AMAZON or eBay that sell our brand Hangkai Motor products.
Support free return reason(We will send you the pre-paid return shipping label to collect the item back on our cost):
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience! If your product is damaged on the way, it's our obligation except damaged by people. When your product is broken, you need to send us the broken product photos.
Wrong item sent
If you received our product not the same as the product listing obviously, you could send the product photos to us; we will return for you.
Doesn't work or defective
When you received the product that does not work, you can ask our customer service team for the problem; we will give you the related technical reply. If it does still not work, you can ask for a return. When you received the product is defective, and you can ask our customer service to give you technical support or solution. If you can repair it by yourself or local stores, we will provide you with some compensation.
If your product parts defective or missing, we can send you the replacement parts for you or partially refund you firstly. If your product's parts are infecting your product function, you can't repair it by yourself or the local technique person, and we will consider replacing a new item with you.

Arrived too late
If you wait for the product for a long time and don't want it, we apologize for the situation occurred. Due to our products are heavy ones, the processing delivery time is more than the light package.
If the product is out of stock and you received it too late, we can make some compensation for you, such as reward you the coupon code or a few partial refunds.
Don't want it
If you have already received the item but changed your mind and don't want it anymore. Order it by mistake, change mind, or the price has changed; you can not return and refund.
If the size of the product you received is not fit, you can first contact us to provide a suitable solution due to the reason caused by us.
Without manual or non-standard manual
When you received the defective product, you can first contact our customer service by email; we will send you the word or video installation operation manual.
Doesn't match the description
If you received the item not the same as the product description or image, please give us feedback. Based on the specific reason, we will decide whether the return freight fee.
Doesn't seem authentic
As a premium brand operating for 10 years, our products are all new, and you can also search for them on other platforms.
Want to cancel
If you want to cancel the order while the product has already been shipped out, you must pay for extra interception fee to cancel the order.
Not support return reason:
Item was polluted accidentally, and we have no obligation to it.
Item damaged in the usage through caused by mistake, and we have no responsibility for it.
How to return the original product?
Pickup no return label
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase made on Hangkai Motor, you can ask for the return. You can reply to our customer service team with the scheduled pickup time, then we will pick up the original item. If you don't respond to it, then wait 1-2 days, and we will give you schedule time and notify you.
Standard logistic return
First, we will send you the return label, the return time determines by you; you can negotiate the FedExpress company.
How about after return items?
If you want to resend it, you can notify us to send you the new item after you start delivering the original item.
If you want to refund it, after the original product has arrived at our warehouse, you can inform us of a full refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Satisfying guarantee for every purchase
Dear customer, If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Hangkai Motor, please contact us before applying for a return or refund. A prompt exchange should be issued within 60 days of delivery in original packaging and with proof of purchase from Hangkai Motor.
Please do check everything carefully after you received the parcel, any the damage except DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) would not be covered if it's related to artificial damage. If your item has been damaged in transit or becomes faulty in the warranty period, please email us with pictures or video to show the problem.
All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Check twice to confirm the item not works and contacts our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.
The same warranty is provided for replaced products and the returned ones.

The refund would be processed after the item is received by our warehouse staff, which is confirmed to be unopened and in good condition.

You should ship the item back to our warehouse, and you must choose the right warehouse. If you don't know the correct warehouse, please contact us.
How long you will receive the refund money?
If you pay by the credit card, you will receive a refund within 3-15 days after receiving the refund email (according to the customer-owner credit card company transferring time)
If you pay through the Paypal, you will receive the refund on time after you receive the refund email.
Our shop doesn't charge the processing fee.
